Happy Wednesday! Switching things up a bit today with this healthy peach pie smoothie! Last week at the farmer’s market we got a ton of amazing yellow peaches. Normally, I’m a white peach type of gal, but these were sooo delicious when I tasted them at the market, I couldn’t resist!
We have been eating them all week but still manage to have a few left over. When life gives you peaches, make a peach smoothie, right?!
This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free and delish!
HEALTHY PEACH PIE SMOOTHIE
2 ripe peaches, cut, pitted, and frozen
2 ripe banana’s, pealed and frozen
1 C unsweetened almond milk
~ 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender, (we just this Vitamix for our wedding and I’m obsessed) and blend until smooth!
Happy Tuesday loves! I spoke a little bit on my snap (Stylemelauren) and on my insta story about the versatility and timelessness of this dress. I’ve had this dress for 2 years, it is under $100 and I’m obsessed. The quality if phenomenal, and you can basically wear it to any occasion. Dress it down (like i’ve done today) or dress it up for a bachelorette party, or even throw a blazer on and wear it to work.
This is one of those dresses that can literally go with everything. It also comes in like 50 colors which is helpful. I’ve loved having a navy dress, but the black is also a great staple if you’re looking to add an affordable, long lasting piece to your wardrobe.
Other details about this dress? It is super stretchy but has not stretched out, and the zipper is full length and functional from both ends if you have long legs and need a small slit up the back, it would totally work.
