Today’s Podcast Episode 19 Interview with Torey from Torey’s Treasure’s was seriously such a treat to record. If you don’t follow Torey yet, you absolutely need to! She’s a teacher and blogger from Santa Barbara, and has great content on everything from fashion, to fitness, and travel!
In this episode, we chatted about all things blogging, what it’s like to be a blogger and work full time, the challenges that we’ve both had to deal with in blogging, etc! It’s you’re interested in starting a blog, or if you already have a blog, this would be a great “behind the scenes” episode to listen to! We also chatted about social media, and how that’s ever changing, and how it’s affected our business!
So today’s look is this amazing rose printed gorgeous tulip hem dress! This dress has a built in slip which makes it so easy to style! You don’t have to think about multiple items when wearing, or even packing this dress for a trip! This dress goes on over head, and has an elastic waistband which creates a natural waist! Also, my earrings match PERFECTLY with this dress! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened both…the mauve and rose colors of the dress complement the earrings perfectly, and visa versa!
Also – don’t forget that my podcast is now available on Itunes, Sticher, and Google Play! If you have an Iphone, the purple icon that says “Podcasts” is the podcast app that comes with your phone which is technically Itunes! So all you have to do is open up that app, and search “Behind The Style.” Then, My picture will pop up and you will be able to “subscribe.” When you click “subscribe” it means every time I publish a new podcast episode, you will get a little notification on your phone saying “New Episode of Behind The Style now ready.” This way, you won’t miss an episode!

In fact, it’s always better to plan ahead when you know you have an event coming up! I bought a Small in this dress, but it actually was a little big in the waist area, just FYI!

Happy Wednesday! Today I’m sharing Podcast Episode 17 – Food Cravings + Guilt. Before I get into that, guess what?! My podcast is now live on Itunes, and Google Play! If you open your Podcast app on your iphone (Google play app on android) and search “Behind The Style” you can listen to them all in one place! Yay!!! This is such a big step and I’m so happy it’s finally here!
Now onto this episode! In this episode I’m talking about my relationship with food when it comes to cravings and guilt, the foods that make me crave things all day long, and why I think we should each ask ourselves if the food we are about to eat is going to make us feel guilty or not. This podcast asks the questions, how do you figure out if you’re going to feel guilty, how do you identify your own personal cadence with food, and how do you know what to eat when there’s so much constant information and noise surrounding this topic.
