Happy Thursday! In today’s podcast episode, Podcast Episode 15, Goal Setting for 2018, I’m sharing my personal goals for 2018 including business goals, personal fitness and health goals, body image goals, etc! It’s so important to me to set goals, because as soon as they are written down, they become real! Have you thought about your goals for 2018? What do you want to accomplish this year? Do you have specific fitness goals you want to achieve or health goals? Do you want to try a Whole30, or travel to a particular place? What are your personal goals, what’s going to make YOU happy that you can say you accomplished? So many of these goals take time, and that’s why they’re almost even more challenging, to stick to them. It’s not like you want to paint the house, you set up an appointment, and it’s done. A lot of bigger goals take time, planning, maybe money? etc. If you’re goal is to save for a house, that takes time! Giving yourself a plan helps make your dreams become a reality, and that’s why I am taking the time today to set goals out-loud. They’re real, and I can’t wait to see how they come to fruition!
