Today’s post is Podcast Episode 16 – How to Attain Your 2018 Goals! This topic is really near and dear to my heart, because it’s something that I’m literally going through as we speak. I want to attain my goals, all while giving myself grace and figuring it all out! I really just want to be the best version of me…always. It’s so hard! I want to be patient, levelheaded, not get frustrated when I run out of time in the day, work on being on time– if not early! (lol, wish me luck). One of the biggest things I’m working on, which I know I’ve shared with you before is being patient with myself. Sometimes I feel like I just can’t get things done all while balancing needing sleep, and doing all the life things like going to the store, etc!
On this podcast, I’m focusing on actual ways to help stick with your goals. I’m sharing two things I’m doing to help me achieve my 1/2 marathon running goal – and I really hope they help your fitness goals too. (If you have a fitness goal for 2018!).
Above all the goal talk and everything else, I think following your own path is always the best option. It’s so easy to be trapped in doing something because everyone else is and you think that’s what you should be doing. Don’t forget that setting goals for yourself means it’s about YOU, not anyone else!
